15 Years. 15 Young Creatives. 15 Careers to Kickstart.

This year, GAP Entertainment celebrates 15 years of using creativity to Engage, Educate and Empower.To mark this milestone, we’re investing in the next generation.We’re looking for 15 purpose-driven young creatives aged 16–24 who are are ready to STAND IN THE GAP with us and sre serious about building professional careers in the creative industries and want to use their artistic gifts to make an impact.

The successful applicants will become GAP Artists in Residence at G.A.P Studios, receiving a year of training, mentorship, industry experience and professional development.We want to hear from emerging creatives pursuing careers in Acting, Dance, Music, Photography & Videography, Graphics & Animation, Fashion Design, Post-Production Editing, Producing, Directing and Writing across Theatre, Film, TV and Live Events.

WHAT THE 15 ARTISTS WILL RECEIVE

• Free specialist training — minimum 2 hours per week

• Professional representation through GAP Talent Management, helping artists access paid industry opportunities

• Free mentorship in Creative Enterprise and Life Skills

• A minimum of 160 hours of professional work experience across Film, Theatre, TV and Live Events

• Funding opportunities and bid-writing support

• Opportunities to develop and produce original collaborative Theatre, Film, TV and Live Event projects

• Access to GAP Studios equipment, facilities and creative resources

• Access to industry events
