About the event
We would like we would like to invite Gap Academy, kids and parents to our end ot term get together at sandwell valley, there will be various games for kids and parents and also family vs family evets, kids vs parents competitions. The Sports day and picnic will coincide with the HAF scheme, so if your child lives in Sandwell or goes to school in Sandwell and receives free school meals, there be picnic provided, otherwise you'll need to bring a packed lunch (picnic) for your own Child/family.
We advise that due to amount of kids under 12 in a public space parents stay for the events (if you instead to leave your child with someone please let staff no)
What to wear: sports attire
What to bring: pinic blanket & food/drink for your family.
Where to meet: At Sandwell Valley we will share our location by 11.15 latest.
