Our MMA sessions are operated on a weekly basis and are hosted by a trained tutor. Mixed martial arts is a great way to stay fit offering a blend of cardio, strength and resistant training. Making it a great exercise to all levels of fitness and age groups.


The techniques used means you can enjoy a full body workout whilst learning fundamental skills of MMA including stance and breathing.

If your child is already registered with GAP you do not need to fill out another form. You will need to sign up your child by notifying staff. To secure your child’s place please ensure you fill out the registration form and pay a deposit of ££.
