The GAP Academy Holiday club runs every school holiday except Christmas. The sessions are open to any child between the ages of 6-16 from within Sandwell, West Birmingham and its surrounding regions. Club goers will get the opportunity to take part in a combination of Performing & Creative Arts workshops and learn performance pieces within groups throughout the week which will culminate in a showcase night.
As well as artistic activities children also get to experience other fun activities & games. They will also take part in motivational workshops. Download the activity schedule or see below, to see week by week activity schedule.
Participants will be split into 2 activity & trip groups for the week, Under 12 (U12) & over 12 (O12)
Each group will have there own group leaders.
Costs; £12per day. £50 per week

Situated on the West Bromwich high street, next to Street UK, opposite William Hill. Parking is at the rear of the building, however we recommend parking at either Queens multi-storey car park, or the chaitry car park by Little dessert shop if you are a first timer and unfamiliar with the area, a staff member will show you how to get the the back on arrival.
Children can be dropped off between - at 8:30am-9:30am
they must be picked up by 3:30pm.
There will be a late charge £1 every 15mins, if picked up late.
Extended provision is available for additional hour for £4 extra per day
Over the course of the two weeks your child will get the option of going on outings, these outings will be at an additional cost to cover the price of activity and return travel. Places on outings may also be limited to a certain number, depending on number requirements/limitations given from venue for group booking certain activities.
Please register your child by filling out and Registration Form.
If your child is already registered with GAP you do not need to fill out another form. You will need to sign up your child by notifying staff.
To secure your child’s place please ensure you fill out the registration form and pay a deposit of £10 for each week/s your child is attending. Optional Trip costs will be payable alongside the remainder of camp costs on first day registration for each week. You can also opt to pay in full if you wish.
Cash/ Cheque- Make cheques payable to G.A.P Entertainment and post with registration form to The Platform address above. alternatively – Pay in person at GAP Academy on Saturday's between 11:30-3:30pm.
