- Creative arts (media, arts and crafts, music production)
- Performing arts (Dance, Music, Drama)
- Multi-sports (Sports day!)
- Life skills

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions below before submitting a registration form:

Registration deadline 5pm 7 day before booking date.

£10 Deposit to be paid at the day of registration and will be deducted from the final invoice.

Full payment due Friday the week before booking date via invoice/ pay link.

(we are no longer accepting cash for invoices)

Refunds will not be given for lateness, last-minute cancellations, illness and missed trips.

10% Sibling discount does not include extended family and does not apply to meals or trips

Staff must be informed of any additional needs and keep secure any medication that your child takes whilst at play-scheme.

Staff must be informed of spending money given to primary aged children and the money must be in a labelled envelope with the amount.

Managers have the right to send home or refuse entry to any child who does not adhere to the rules after 3 strikes or displays unsafe behaviours.

Please be aware that play-scheme may be cancelled if we do not reach minimum capacity by the registration deadline and deposits will be refunded if this is the case.

LATE POLICY
-
Any late changes after the deadline will incur a £5 admin fee.

Any payments not paid by deadline will result in loss of place.

£5 early drop off fee ( £5 every 15mins earlier for 10am arrivals)
-
£5 late pick up fee (£5 per every 15mins of lateness) Continuous lateness exceeding 5mins daily will incur a late fee after 3 days.

INFORMATION FOR HAF QUALIFYING KIDS
HAF FUNDED PLACES
Funding places are for 16, 4hr days only. Due to the demand for our clubs HAF funded kids can only access 4 free sessions per week over the Summer (eg only attend week two) to allow room for others to attend. Please be aware of this when making a registration. Any additional sessions and extended provision will need to be paid for in advance using the form above. Any request on the day or week off will be subject to late admin fees.

TRIPS
Trips are not covered by HAF funding so trip fees apply and are to be paid in advance along with childcare payments. There may be a limit to how many children can attend trips off-site, trips are booked on first come first served basis Those who are not booked on trips will remain at the centre and take part in activities on site.
